So far I love this piece. Put it in as soon as I got it and have been wearing it since. It is comfortable and the perfect size. I usually go for 8mm diameter nose rings because I have a small noss, but when I got this in 8mm it was too snug on my nose because of the middle dimond. I was skeptical about a 10mm but loved thr style so much I gave it a try. I think it is perfect! It does not feel too large for my face like I expected. Also very comfortable to wear. Good quality, lightweight.
